Ohje koronavirustesteistä rajanylityspaikoilla 27.1.2021 alkaen, päivitetty 5.3.
Kaikki riskimaista tulevat matkustajat ja erityisryhmiin kuuluvat ohjataan tämän ohjeen mukaisiin koronatestauspaikkoihin, paitsi jos hänellä on esittää negatiivinen tulos enintään 72 tuntia ennen maahantuloa otetusta koronavirustestistä (PCR-tai antigeenitesti) tai luotettava todistus sairastetusta COVID-19-infektiosta. Kuljetusala (tavaraliikenne) on vapautettu pakollisesta testaamisesta.
Testaamispaikka Inarin kunnan alueella
- Ivalo: Ivalon terveyskeskus, Sairaalantie 15, 99800 IVALO. Varaa aika koronanäytteenottoon Ivalon terveyskeskuksen ajanvarausnumerosta, puh. 040 188 7400 arkisin kello 8.15 - 10 ja kello 13-14.
Äkillisissä ja kiireellisissä sairausasioissa voitte soittaa päivystävän sairaanhoitajan numeroon ympäri vuorokauden 24/7. Puh. 040 - 770 9187
Jos henkilö oleskelee maassa yli 72 h niin hänen tulee hakeutua toiseen testiin 3 vrk kuluttua. Tämä tapahtuu esimerkiksi koti- tai oleskelupaikkakunnalla. Tällainen maahantulija ohjataan ilmoittamaan yhteystietonsa Ivalon terveyskeskukseen.
Suomen ja Ruotsin sekä Suomen ja Norjan välillä säännöllisessä työmatkaliikenteessä kulkevia ei ohjata testeihin jokaisen rajanylityksen aikana. Heidän kohdalla hyväksytään negatiivinen koronavirustestitodistus, jos testi on otettu alle 7 vuorokautta ennen rajanylitystä. Sama koskee myös saamelaiselinkeinoa harjoittavia poronhoitajia.
Maahantulopisteen viranomaiset sekä oleskelu- tai asuinpaikkakunnan tartuntatautiviranomaiset ohjeistavat matkustajia toimimaan niin, ettei kontaktia ja tartunnanmahdollisuutta perheen ulkopuolisiin ihmisiin synny ennen molempien testitulosten valmistumista (omaehtoinen karanteeni).
Testaus ja suositus omaehtoisesta karanteenista tai yhteystietojen kerääminen ei koske tavaraliikenteen kuljetus- ja logistiikkahenkilöstöä työtehtävissään. Testaus tulee aina suorittaa, mikäli henkilöllä on koronavirukseen soveltuvia oireita tai hän itse epäilee tartuntaa.
Jos tulija ei suostu vapaaehtoiseen koronatestiin tai hänellä ei ole esittää negatiivista testitulosta tullessaan, hänen tulee olla 14 vrk omaehtoisessa karanteenissa.
Ensisijainen tutkimus on Covid-19 antigeeni-pikatesti. Positiivinen tulos varmennetaan erikseen otettavalla PCR näytteellä. Positiivinen tulos tarkoittaa viruksen kantajuutta ja tarvittavat päätökset eristyksen ja mahdollisten karanteenien osalta tehdään tartuntatautiviranomaisen toimesta.

Instructions on Covid-19 testing at border-crossing points starting from 27 January 2021, updated on 5 March 2021
All travellers arriving from high-risk countries and members of special groups will be directed to testing locations mentioned in these instructions, unless they can present a negative Covid test result (PCR or antigen test) taken less than 72 hours before arrival, or a reliable proof of a prior Covid-19 infection. Mandatory covid testing is not required from goods transport drivers.
Testing location in Inari Municipality:
- Ivalo: Ivalo Health Centre, Sairaalantie 15, 99800 IVALO. Book an appointment for corona test by calling +358 40 188 7400 on weekdays between 8:15-10:00 or 13:00-14-14:00. In sudden and urgent cases, please call the on-call health care personnel at any time. Tel. +358 40 770 9187
If a person entering Finland stays in the country over 72 hours, another test must be taken three days after arrival. The test can be taken e.g. in the place of stay or residence. Travellers in this category will be directed to give their contact information to Ivalo health centre.
Persons who commute regularly between Finland and Sweden or Finland and Norway because of their work will not be asked to take a test each time they cross the border. It is sufficient that they present a proof of negative Covid test which has been taken less than seven days before crossing the border. The same concerns reindeer herders exercising Sámi livelihood.
Authorities at border-crossing point, and authorities in charge of infectious diseases control in the place of residence or stay, guide passengers to avoid contacts or risk of transmission to persons outside their own household until both test results are ready (self-quarantine).
Testing, recommendation of self-quarantine or collection of contact information do not concern freight transport and logistics personnel on duty. A test is always required if a person entering Finland has symptoms typical of coronavirus or suspects infection.
If a person arriving in Finland does not agree to have a voluntary Covid test taken, or cannot present a negative test result on arrival, a self-quarantine of 14 days will be required.
The primary testing method is Covid-19 antigen rapid test. A positive test result will be confirmed with a separately taken PCR sample. A positive result means being a carrier of coronavirus, in which case the necessary decisions on isolation and possible quarantines will be made by an authority in charge of infectious diseases.

Alle innreisende som kommer fra røde land og medlemmer av spesialgrupper vil bli henvist til teststeder nevnt i disse instruksjonene, dersom de ikke kan fremvise attest på negativ koronatest (PCR eller antigentest), tatt i løpet av de siste 72 timene før ankomst i Finland, eller dokumentere at de har gjennomgått Covid-19-infeksjon. Yrkessjåfører som utfører godstransport er unntatt fra testplikten.

Hvis innreisende oppholder seg over 72 timer i Finland, må en ny test tas tidligst tre døgn etter ankomst. Testen kan tas på hjemstedet eller oppholdsstedet. Reisende henvises til å oppgi kontakinformasjon til Ivalo helsesenter.
Personer som pendler regelmessig mellom Finland og Sverige eller Finland og Norge for å arbeide vil ikke bli bedt om å ta test hver gang de krysser grensen. Det er tilstrekkelig at de fremviser attest på negativ koronatest som er tatt maks syv døgn før grensepasseringen. Dette gjelder også samiske næringsdrivende som utøver reindrift.
Myndighetene ved grensestasjonen og smittevernmyndighetene på hjemstedet eller oppholdsstedet veileder innreisende om å unngå kontakt og risiko for å smitte personer utenfor egen husholdning, før begge testresultatene er klare (egenkarantene).
Testing, anbefaling av egenkarantene eller innlevering av kontaktinformasjon gjelder ikke godstransport- og logistikkpersonell. Testing er alltid nødvendig hvis reisende har symptomer som er typiske for koronavirus, eller reisende selv mistenker infeksjon.
Hvis personen ikke vil la seg teste frivillig, eller ikke kan fremvise et negativt testresultat ved ankomst, vil en egenkarantene på 14 dager være nødvendig.
Den primære testmetoden er Covid-19 antigen hurtigtest. Et positivt testresultat vil bli bekreftet med en separat tatt PCR-prøve. Et positivt resultat betyr at du er bærer av koronavirus, og i så fall vil de nødvendige beslutningene om isolasjon og mulig karantene bli gjort av smittevernmyndighetene.
