Libraries in Lapland share a joint e-Library for Finnish municipalities. The e-Library offers ebooks, audiobooks, and digital magazines. The app can be downloaded to a phone or tablet from an app store. When using the app for the first time, users register using strong authentication. 

In addition, with a library card and PIN code you can access the Lapland Library’s online resources: ebooks, eaudiobooks, music resources, a film streaming service, and an online service for foreignlanguage newspapers and magazines.
