Renting an apartment


Inarin Vuokra-asunnot Ltd rents out and manages apartments and service apartments for senior citizens and other people with special needs, the apartments are owned by Inari municipality and other organisations. The apartments are located in Ivalo, Inari, Saariselkä, Nellim and Sevettijärvi.

How to apply for an apartment?

Applications are available at the office of Inarin Vuokra-asunnot Ltd. You can fill it in & print and also give notice about the termination of the rental contract online in Finnish at:

To be eligible for an apartment in a state-subsidized house the applicant has to fulfil the requirements set for the need of an apartment, income range and amount of wealth: these have to be proven by attaching tax certificates and a declaration of monthly income, among other things.

The application must be renewed every three months by contacting the office; otherwise the application will be deleted from the system.
