Library fees

• First overdue notice 3 days after due date 2 €
• Second overdue notice 14 days after due date 3 €
• Uncollected reservation 2 €
• Replacement library card for lost or damaged card 3 €
• Interlibrary loan fee 9 €

The interlibrary loan fee applies to orders from libraries outside the Libraries of Lapland network. Interlibrary loans from National Repository Library, OUTI Libraries, and Lapland University Consortium Library are free of charge. 

Damaged or lost material must be replaced either with a new copy or by paying the compensation price.

Late fees, uncollected reservation fees, and compensation fees for damaged or lost material are added to the customer’s library card debt balance. When the debt balance reaches €10 or more, the customer will be banned from borrowing. At that point, renewing loans, making reservations, and using the self-service library will not be possible. In this case the entire debt must be paid at once. Payment can be made via the web library or at the library. To pay the fees online, you need your library card number and PIN, as well as online banking credentials.

Printing and Laminating

• Print A4, black and white 0,50 € per page
• Print A4, color 1 € per page
• Print A3, black and white 1 € per page
• Print A3, color 2 € per page
• Lamination A4 2 € per item
• Lamination A3 4 € per item

Printing prices are per page. If the print is double-sided, it counts as two pages. Printing is not available during self-service hours. Scanning is free.
